  2. Professional Fees: All professional fees paid for services rendered by Visa Cart are non-refundable. This includes fees for any consulting, documentation, or processing services provided.
  3. Job Search Services: Fees paid for job search services are non-refundable. Visa Cart does not guarantee job placement, and no refunds will be issued based on the outcome of job search efforts.
  4. Anabin Check: Fees for Anabin checks are non-refundable. This service involves verifying the recognition status of foreign qualifications and is non-refundable once initiated.
  5. Visa Rejections: No refunds will be issued if a visa is rejected due to:
    • Failure to attend a visa interview.
    • Non-compliance with embassy or consulate requirements.
    • Submission of false or unverifiable documents.
  6. Unsigned Agreements: If the hard copy of the agreement is not signed and returned, the fees are non-refundable. This ensures that both parties are committed to the terms agreed upon.
  7. Change of Mind: If you change your mind after purchasing a service and decide to withdraw, no refund will be issued. This includes any decision not to continue with the services.
  8. Document Submission: Failure to submit the required documents within 60 days of signing up will result in a non-refundable fee. Timely submission is crucial for processing.
  9. Personal Reasons: No refunds will be given for personal reasons, including:
    • Not obtaining required language scores (e.g., IELTS).
    • Personal circumstances that prevent continuation of the process.
  10. Medical and Legal Failures: No refunds for:
    • Failure of medical examinations for you or family members included in the application.
    • Failure to provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate (not older than 3 months).
    • Insufficient funds for settlement or maintenance.
    • Submission of fraudulent documents.
    • Prior violations of immigration or visa laws.
  11. Changes in Immigration Law: If immigration laws change after signing up, making you ineligible, no refund will be issued. This applies even if payments were made in instalments.
  12. Job Placement: Visa Cart does not promise job placement. No refunds will be provided for fees paid to external bodies or based on job placement outcomes.
  13. Chargebacks: Visa Cart has a strict policy against chargebacks. Any disputes deemed legitimate will result in blacklisting and collection efforts. Unpaid debts may be reported to credit agencies.
  14. Payment Disputes: If payment is made via credit card or net banking, you agree not to dispute the payment with your bank. This includes informing your bank that the transaction is legitimate and should not be reversed.
  15. Online Payment Withdrawals: You agree not to withdraw or charge back payments made through online services without Visa Cart’s knowledge, except as per refund terms outlined in the agreement.

Services

Visa Cart offers evaluation and professional services in documentation and processing for immigration and visas. Fees are refundable only as per the signed agreement.

Warranty Disclaimer
